Snow Peas and Strawberries Are Ready !
Monday, May 14 - Today I picked my first harvest of snow peas and strawberries. Even though there were not many of each, there were enough snow peas for tonights stir - fry for dinner.
Snow Peas are easy to grow and produce a large yield provided that you pick the peas once they are ready every 2 - 3 days. Also they can be frozen very easy as well as stored in the refrigerator for a 2 week period.
